Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting attorneys with all stages of litigation, from case inception to resolution. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex and challenging legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and investigation to support ongoing litigation cases
• Organize and manage case files, exhibits, and other important documents
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts as needed
• Prepare for and participate in trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working as a Litigation Paralegal
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Paralegal certification or associate degree in Paralegal Studies preferred
