Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting attorneys in all stages of Labor & Employment litigation and trial preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Organize and maintain case files
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts
• Coordinate depositions and court appearances

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• Proven experience as a L&E Litigation Paralegal
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
