Litigation Paralegal: Detroit, MI
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation cases and contribute to the success of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting attorneys with all phases of litigation and trial preparation
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Managing case files and organizing relevant documents
- Communicating with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Paralegal
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred
