Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our client's team in Birmingham Alabama. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, case preparation, and trial support. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of complex litigation cases and collaborate closely with attorneys.

Pay ranges from 65,000-80,000. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research to support case preparation
• Assisting attorneys in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and motions
• Organizing and managing case files and documents
• Coordinating and scheduling depositions and hearings
• Preparing for trials by organizing exhibits and evidence
• Providing administrative support to attorneys as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Paralegal certification is a plus
