Litigation Attorney

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Syracuse. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in civil litigation and other legal proceedings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in the courtroom.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.
• Advise clients on legal matters and provide guidance on potential outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on litigation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle a high caseload.
