Job Description
Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in St. Louis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in toxic tort or asbestos litigation, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
- Prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis of statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of Missouri.
- Proven experience in toxic tort or asbestos litigation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
