Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in San Diego. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in construction lawsuits. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction litigation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the litigation process
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions
• Appear in court and argue cases on behalf of clients
• Negotiate settlements
• Provide legal advice to clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• 3+ years of construction litigation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
