Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Oakland. In this role, you will be responsible for representing clients in litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, writing, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling all phases of the litigation process from investigation to appeal
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Preparing for and attending court hearings and trials
• Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state Bar of California
• 3+ years of experience in litigation, construction litigation experience is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
