Job Description
Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Wilmington with pay starting at 150K The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all phases of litigation from inception to resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Negotiate settlements
- Provide legal advice to clients
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
