Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Knoxville. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in various legal proceedings, providing legal advice, conducting research, and preparing legal documents.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings and motions.
- Conduct legal research and analysis of legal issues.
- Provide counsel and advice to clients.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the state.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
