Job Description
Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team in Irvine. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in civil lawsuits and other legal proceedings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent research and analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings and motions.
- Conduct legal research and analysis of legal issues.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience practicing litigation law.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
