Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our client's litigation legal team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in civil and commercial litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation to clients in court proceedings
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and motions
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy
• Attend court hearings and trials

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Proven experience in civil and commercial litigation
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay ranges from 150,000-190,000.
