Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in White Plains with pay starting at 150K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and depositions
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
