Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in civil and commercial litigation matters. This role requires a strong background in legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on various issues related to litigation cases

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state Bar association
• Proven experience in commercial litigation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
