Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a talented Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in the Albany area with pay starting at 130K. This individual will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of litigation matters. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in litigation, excellent analytical skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of litigation cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Appear in court and argue motions and hearings
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and be in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
