We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in the Rochester area with pay starting at 130K. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in handling a variety of litigation matters with professionalism and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Advise clients on legal rights and options
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state Bar association
• Proven experience in handling litigation cases
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
