Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Los Angeles with pay starting at 250K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling all phases of litigation, from initiation to resolution. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing our clients in civil cases and providing them with expert legal advice.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of litigation cases from start to finish
• Conduct legal research and analyze laws and regulations
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Appear in court and argue on behalf of clients
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Proven experience in civil litigation
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
