Job Description
Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Columbus. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in civil litigation matters and providing legal advice to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in various civil litigation cases
- Handle all phases of the litigation process from initiation to resolution
- Conduct legal research and provide clients with sound legal advice
- Prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, and motions
- Appear in court and argue cases effectively
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Ohio
- 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Attorney
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
