Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling a variety of litigation matters and providing excellent legal services to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions
• Attend court hearings and trials
• Negotiate settlements

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
