Job Description
Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Cleveland. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in handling various litigation matters and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in civil litigation cases
- Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings and motions
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations
- Negotiate settlements
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
