Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a talented Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in the San Diego area with pay starting at 200K. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in civil litigation and providing them with expert legal advice. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse cases and collaborate with a team of dedicated legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, and contracts
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on legal matters and provide strategic guidance
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state Bar
- Proven experience in civil litigation
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
