Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent analytical and research skills, and a proven track record of success in handling legal cases.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, and memoranda
• Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with partners and associates on case strategy

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of X years of experience in litigation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
