Job Description
Litigation Attorney
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Allentown with pay ranging from 120K-150K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling civil litigation cases and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in civil litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions
- Attend court hearings and trials
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Proven experience in civil litigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
