Litigation Associate

We are seeking a talented and driven Litigation Associate to join our legal team in Walnut Creek. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Professional or Product Liability litigation, exceptional research and analytical skills, and a passion for the law.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Preparing legal documents, including pleadings and motions
• Participating in all phases of the litigation process
• Assisting with case strategy development
• Communicating with clients and opposing counsel

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar of California
• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
