Litigation Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Litigation Associate to join our esteemed legal team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Professional or Product Liability litigation and a passion for upholding justice. As a Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the litigation process under the guidance of experienced attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions
• Assist in case preparation and strategy
• Attend court proceedings and hearings
• Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts
• Maintain organized case files and documentation

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active Bar license in California
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Professional or Product Liability litigation
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
