Job Title: Litigation Associate: San Fancisco, CA

Job Description:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and other proceedings.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
• Assist in case preparation and strategy development.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting litigation.

Requirements:

• Hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the California state bar and in good standing.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in civil litigation preferred.
