We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate to join our client's team in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in handling a variety of litigation matters and possess excellent analytical and research skills. As a Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in all stages of the litigation process and providing support to the senior attorneys in the team.

Pay ranges from 170,000-230,000.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters
• Assist in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and motions
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials
• Manage case files and documents
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 2+ years of experience in litigation practice
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
