Litigation Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate to join our reputable law firm. With a focus on handling a variety of litigation matters, this position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging cases and collaborate with experienced attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Participating in all phases of the litigation process
• Attending court hearings and trials
• Communicating with clients and providing legal advice

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active Bar license in the state of Indiana (Illinois & Wisconsin Bar  a Plus)
• 2+ years of experience in workers comp and personal injury litigation
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
