Job Description
Litigation Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate to join our reputable law firm. With a focus on handling a variety of litigation matters, this position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging cases and collaborate with experienced attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Participating in all phases of the litigation process
- Attending court hearings and trials
- Communicating with clients and providing legal advice
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active Bar license in the state of Indiana (Illinois & Wisconsin Bar a Plus)
- 2+ years of experience in workers comp and personal injury litigation
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
