Job Description
Litigation Associate
We are seeking a dedicated Litigation Associate to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of litigation matters and develop valuable legal skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Assist with case preparation and strategy
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex cases
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state Bar
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
