Litigation Associate

We are seeking a talented Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. As a Litigation Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of litigation matters and collaborate with experienced attorneys in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents and pleadings
• Assist in case preparation and strategy development
• Appear in court and handle hearings
• Manage client communication and relationships

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Illinois state bar (Wisconsin & Indiana Bar is a plus)
• 1-3 years of litigation experience
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment
