Job Description
Litigation Associate
We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent research and analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Prepare legal documents for court proceedings
- Assist with case strategy development
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff
- Represent clients in court hearings
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state Bar
- Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
