Legal Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our legal staff and assist in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, and contracts.
• Organize and maintain legal files and document management systems.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for attorneys.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Perform research on legal issues and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Associate's degree in Legal Studies or related field preferred.
