Corporate Attorney - San Diego, CA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Attorney to join our team in San Diego. As a Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on corporate transactional matters to our organization. • Provide legal counsel on corporate transactional matters to management and various departments within the organization

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
