Job Description

Job Title: Associate Attorney - Miami, FL

Job Description:

  • Assist with insurance defense case preparation and legal research
  • Review and draft legal documents
  • Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings
  • Provide legal advice and support to senior attorneys
  • Participate in client meetings and negotiations

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • 1-3 years of experience in Insurance Defense Litigation. Maritime Litigation experience is a huge plus*
