About the Position/Key Responsibilities:
This position will handle a variety of cases including, professional negligence defense, insurance disputes, personal injury, and many other areas. The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably with some experience in medical malpractice defense.
- Candidates with experience in insurance defense or general civil litigation will also be strongly considered.
- Experience in legal research and writing, conducting depositions, managing cases, and meeting deadlines.
- A competitive candidate would also have experience as a first or second chair in civil jury trials.
Candidates with less litigation experience will be considered depending on qualifications.
Ideal Candidate Profile & Background:
This candidate should be a self-starter with practical and technical experience, looking to enjoy the support and reputation of a respected Firm.
