We are seeking a skilled Corporate Attorney to join our legal team in Denver. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage legal transactions for our corporate clients
- Draft and review legal documents
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Provide legal advice on corporate strategies and business operations
- Handle negotiations on behalf of clients
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association of Colorado
- Proven experience in M&A, governance, and corporate transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- AmLaw exposure is a plus
