A reputable law firm is seeking a talented Labor & Employment Associate to join our team in Chicago. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation on various labor and employment law matters.

Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on labor and employment law compliance issues
• Handling employment litigation cases
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and agreements
• Conducting legal research on labor and employment law issues
• Participating in negotiations and settlements
• Keeping abreast of changes in labor and employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of Illinois
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing labor and employment law
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
