Legal Assistant

We are currently seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to join our team in the San Diego area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our legal staff and assisting in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and agreements
• Organize and maintain legal files
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information
• Assist with the preparation of legal arguments, applications, and motions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary
• Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
