Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Assistant to join our team in San Diego. Client is willing to pay 85K+ Salary.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our legal team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our legal department. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with legal research and document preparation
• Manage and organize legal documents and files
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for attorneys
• Prepare correspondence and communicate with clients
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
• Associate degree in Legal Studies or related field (preferred)
