Legal Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing legal documents and correspondence
• Organize and maintain legal files
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role (Exposure to the entertainment field is a +)
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Associate’s degree in Legal Studies or related field
