Legal Assistant Case Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant Case Manager to join our team in the Greater Glendale area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our legal team with case management tasks and providing support for various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize legal documents and case files
• Coordinate with attorneys to prepare for hearings, depositions, and trials
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, such as briefs and pleadings
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
• Assist in drafting correspondence and maintaining communication logs

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Legal Studies or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Prior experience working in a law firm or legal department
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
