Job Title: Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Specialist to join our team in Nashville with pay ranging from $20/hr-$24/hr. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting potential tenants with the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property listings and respond to inquiries from potential tenants
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in leasing or real estate is preferred
