Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Leasing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies
- Screen potential tenants by conducting background checks
- Negotiate leasing terms and ensure all contracts are signed and completed accurately
- Address tenant concerns and coordinate maintenance and repair services
- Stay up-to-date with local rental market trends and pricing
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or real estate
- Strong knowledge of leasing laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
