Job Description
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Landscape Architect with 2-10 years of professional experience for our client's office in the Portland area. Project types include both residential and commercial, repositioning, mixed-use, and adaptive reuse.
Candidates must have the following qualifications to be considered for the position:
- 2-10 years of professional experience in the landscape architecture field
- Must demonstrate strong skills in all aspects of a project phase including schematic design, construction documentation, permitting, project management, and construction administration
- Ideal candidate must be passionate about working on a variety of projects simultaneously and care about executing drawings at a high-level
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe, and SketchUp
- Ability to work in a collaborative, studio environment
Other position qualifications include:
- Strong design and graphics skills
- Technical knowledge of landscape construction
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with various levels of individuals including clients, consultants, and architects
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under deadlines
- Strong working knowledge of plants
