Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Detroit
Pay: 75K+
Job Type: Full-time
About the Role:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, prepare maps, and provide data for engineering and construction projects.
- Utilize surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and drones to accurately measure distances and angles on the land.
- Analyze survey data, verify accuracy, and prepare reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure surveying requirements are met during projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a Land Surveyor.
- Proficiency in surveying software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor is preferred.
