Job Title: Land Surveyor

Location: [Cape Cod, MA]

Position Type: Full-time

About the Role:

• Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, and other key characteristics of land areas
• Prepare detailed reports, maps, and charts based on survey data
• Utilize surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and surveying software
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide relevant survey information
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in all surveying activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is preferred
• Proven experience in land surveying projects
• Proficiency in surveying tools and software
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
