Job Description
Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: [Cape Cod, MA]
Position Type: Full-time
About the Role:
- Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, and other key characteristics of land areas
- Prepare detailed reports, maps, and charts based on survey data
- Utilize surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and surveying software
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide relevant survey information
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in all surveying activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is preferred
- Proven experience in land surveying projects
- Proficiency in surveying tools and software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
