Labor and Employment Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Labor and Employment Paralegal to join our legal team in the Oakland area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of labor and employment law cases
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Manage case files and maintain organized records
• Coordinate with clients and other parties involved in cases
• Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience working as a labor and employment paralegal
• Strong knowledge of labor and employment law and procedures
• Proficiency in legal research and writing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: 100K+
