Labor and Employment Paralegal

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Labor and Employment Paralegal to join our legal team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting attorneys with case preparation, research, and document review
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
• Managing case files and documentation
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Assisting with trial preparation and attendance

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in labor and employment law
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
