Job Description
Labor and Employment Paralegal
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Labor and Employment Paralegal to join our legal team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting attorneys with case preparation, research, and document review
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
- Managing case files and documentation
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Assisting with trial preparation and attendance
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in labor and employment law
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: 100K
