Labor and Employment Attorney

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Employment Attorney to join our legal team in San Diego with pay starting around 200K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law with proven experience in handling a variety of related legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on labor and employment issues
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation
• Draft and review legal documents and agreements
• Stay up-to-date on labor and employment laws and regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with laws and policies

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Proven experience in labor and employment law
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
